Panel discussion moderated by Mark G. Haley, The Prism Partnership
You have heard about “Convergence”. What is it? Do you need it? Can you afford it? Can you afford not to do it? This panel of experts from Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and their supplier Lorica Solutions will discuss their experiences with fully-converged networks in their luxury properties and how converged networks enable enhanced guest services and lower total cost of ownership.
TBD
